In what way? Wordpress is PHP based and IWeb is HTML. So if you are looking to modify Wordpress files with iWeb, no, it won't work.

I want to use iWeb to create wordpress blogs and web sites so the answer is no it appears.

Yep, nope is right. You will need to learn PHP/HTML and CSS.

Wordpress works well out of the box. Play around with it. You will be amazed how much you can do without any prior knowledge of programming or markup languages.

Wordpress creates page based on database

Not compatible. There are desktop apps / iOS apps to connect to wordpress though.
