Wordpress help

Ok, I have a Wordpress theme, so I downloaded Wordpress. I am totally lost. How do I edit the site? If it's going to be difficult (as in more difficult than iWeb or Webs.com, etc.) how can I edit the theme? Will a Wordpress.com site be able to use it? Please be patient, I'm totally lost here.

You don't have to download Wordpress to use a Wordpress.com account. You download it for self-hosting.

You can't install themes on a wordpress.com account. You would need to host it with a outside host. A few free ones I would recommend are namepad.net bryansoft.com and x-ind.com. (none are mine)

No.

The only themes available on wordpress.com are the ones that are shown in the theme selector.
