(Don't know if this is in the right section).

I looking to set up a basic photography website using Wordpress.com

Any special themes that I could use to highlight some of my pictures and have slideshows?

My plan is to create one and then transfer it to my domain name that I have so it won't be "...".wordpress.com.

I know of Wordpress.org but I feel like having a blog like website with my special domain name will be much easier for me.

Also if I did this, I wouldn't have to pay a hosting fee right?

Check-out the themes available, if none take your fancy then you'll have to delve into the 'editor' section and customize your own. Which I find very hard as they are made to run with wordpress and there's a bit of technology behind them as they work from php and I find it easier to make my own on my own site.
