When I open Word and open a new document, it comes in Normal view by default. Is there any way to change this so a new document automatically opens in any other view, such as Outline view?

A minor question: When I type specific words such as president, Word wants to auto-complete by typing President George W. Bush for me. (blah) Or, if I type something such as Adam, Word will attempt to complete the name with someone from my address book. Can I turn this off?

A second minor question: For some reason after I've been saving the same document over and over again daily (class notes), the highlight color all of a sudden changes from the normal aqua to pure black. Why why why?
