Work Email on Iphone??

I have guys at work who have set up their work email on Androids using touchdown.
I am not being able to get my work email working on my Iphone. Is there any touch down like app or tweak to get it working.

I wanted to know the office email dsnt work on android or iphone as it is.
But using touchdown makes it work on android.
Is their any similar solution for iphone
