Work focus - How to set to vibrate when @ work

Anyone know how to set work focus to set the phone and watch to vibrate only at work?

Work focus is great, turns on automatically when I'm at work based on location. The phone / watch ringing at work when I forget to manually set it to vibrate causes...uhh disruptions I'm told.
