My Work Focus mode comes on automatically just before the start of my working day. I want to allow calls from only a small number of people and for everyone else to be silenced (i.e. sent to voicemail).

Over the last 2 days I have tried using the options "allow calls from allowed people only" and "allow calls from favourites only". However, under both of these modes, I have been receiving non-silenced calls from a contact which was neither 'allowed' nor on my favourites list.

Am I missing something or is this a bug? Thanks!

Do you have the option enabled to allow repeated calls? Tap on the Work Focus, then People. Scroll to the bottom. If it's on, my guess is this contact is simply calling right back to force their way through.

Or: is the Phone app in the list of allowed apps? If so, remove it. Seem to recall seeing that that fixed it for someone else.

Or: that contact have Emergency Bypass on?

Thanks both. My repeated call option is already switched off, but I’ve just removed the phone app from the list of allowed apps, so I’ll see what happens next time someone tries to call!
