I know the forum is full of advice regarding MBP sleeves,but for the life of me ,Since I got my MBP, 2 weeks ago (Recently converted to Mac), I cant find a sleeve that allows me to work on the MBP while it is covered and surrounded by the sleeve, most of what is on offer is just a carry around sleeve, I know of www.Huzzk.com who offers work in sleeves made of solid rubber, but they dont advertise anything to suggest that they fit the new Unibody model and wont even reply to emails!
