Work itunes account vs. personal.

We are about to get iPhones at work and I already have a personal account for years with a ton of apps. My question is should I setup a seep rate account for the work phone or trust my information on the work phone. I'm rather hesitant to do the later. I've read that I can use two accounts on one device but is that a decent solution? Any advice would be appreciated.

Use a work account. Keep personal and work stuff separate.
