Work website gives this message "Your OS/platform is not supported for this component

When I go to my work website and try to launch a remote desktop application I get the message "Your OS/platform is not supported for this component"

Although I installed the the "Remote Desktop Connection" application i get the above message when i click on that appropriate link on the website.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of Mac OS X are you running?

What remote desktop software are you trying to run? (Microsoft Terminal Server, Citrix MetaFrame, etc)?

What browser are you using?
