Workflow for converting NTSC DVD to PAL DVD...?

I have various DVDs I need to send to someone with a Sony player which only handles PAL... what's the best software to convert the video content of NTSC discs to PAL? I don't need to keep menus etc, just the video. Would Visualhub work?

If anyone has done this and knows the best way/without losing too much quality- please let me know!
