workflow help with smart folders requested ..

Hi!

I have three subfolders within dropbox that I'd like to use for a smartfolder, but it doesn't seem that smartfolders can use or/and commands, so I have an issue.

Basically, I want to create a smart folder of all my open-meta tagged files, but ONLY those files that come from those three subfolders in dropbox ... any ideas??
