Workgroup Manager has me locked out! Help!

While setting up a new 10.5.7 server, I accidentally deleted LDAPv3 server in Directory Utility (should have been using the client) and now when I input my open directory username and password to get into workgroup manager it tells me my login information is not valid. Is there a way to get my LDAPv3 and login credentials back?
