Working "no docked labels" theme on iP4?

I just noticed that the stock "no docked labels" theme in winterboard does not work on my iPhone 4. It still shows labels (although in a different color). Has anyone got this to work?

in cydia there's a package that does that strictly for 4.0. I think it's called "No Docked Icons for 4.0"
