I've had my apple watch for a year and a half now. I bike indoor stationary for about 30-45 mins each morning. I always use the workout app on my watch, and I get about 150-200 calories burned in the app.
Starting Sunday, my workout app is giving me 6 calories burned after 45 minutes of exercise. Nothing has changed so I'm confused what the issue is. The HR Monitor on the watch works, and the step counter is working. I assume calories is a software calc so not sure what's broken.
I have completely reset my watch and started it over as a new apple watch, but still same issue. I've tried indoor walk and indoor run as well, and burn about 5 calories an hour. Anyone have any ideas?
