Since the latest 26.2 update my Apple Watch Ultra doesn’t register any workout data. The workout is running but no distance, heart rate calories burnt, GPS tracking doesn’t show up or gets registered after I finish the workout. Anyone else have this issue? I tried restarting the watch and sometimes that work but more often it doesn’t.. it’s so frustrating

Which watch model?
It appears it is not registering your heart rate, can you do the heart beat manually? Can you run an ECG to test whether the sensor is working?

No, I couldn’t do either heart rate manually or start an ecg either. It’s an Ultra 1st gen

So that to me indicates that the heart rate sensor isn't working anymore.
Contact Apple to have them run a diagnostic.
Also, un-pair and re-pair the watch, when pairing again, set it up as new, don't restore from backup.
