If I am on a walk or otherwise using my watch during a workout, the workout info screen is the default screen on my 10 series watch.Sure, I can swipe to the Now Playing screen but it doesn't stay on that screen and will go back to the workout info screen. So any time I want to see the Now Playing Screen, I have to swipe to get it. This can be a pain when doing cardio. Also, the double tap your fingers together does nothing at all. let alone change the screen or app.

So is there a way to have something else shown on the watch while full time while running a cardio workout? I would like something like the Now Playing app on the screen full time but still have the workout data monitored and recorded.Any thoughts appreciated.

Press the crown and you’ll return to the watch face and then choose any app of your liking? Will that not work?

It will eventually go back to the workout screen. And I don’t know if the work out will stop being monitored if I do that.
