Does the activity app include workouts you log outside of the apple exercise app? I've tried runkeeper, mapmyrun, and runtastic without luck. This is frustrating seeing that apple doesn't support maps/routes from its app!

Actually they appear at random and then disappear they next time you view the day and don't seem to affect on the exercise rings when visible!!!
