Workout playlist settings changing?

I have a selected playlist I use for when I am running, and normally I have it set on shuffle as shown in attached image.
But I have noticed that periodically the setting reverts to "Play from beginning".
Has anyone else noticed this?🤔

It is not a huge issue, just means I hear the same music during my run.🏃‍♂️
I generally notice it when i realise I have heard the same 2 or 3 tracks on consecutive runs.

I am still seeing this behaviour after the last few updates including iOS 16.4 and Watch OS 9.4 updates.
It is annoying as I usually run with just my watch and by the time I am out of the house and realise the playlist is just starting from beginning it is too late and I have to manually skip a few tracks via my earbuds to get to something different.
