I only have two screenshots of my activity ring status. These are from Monday and yesterday. I'm trying to get that red ring up. Seems to be the most stubborn hahaha. Ok here goes...

Finished workout a while ago. The power of the three rings is now complete!

Well done. Each to their own, but I would just keep all of your activity levels as normal. Do nothing different for the first two weeks, and then you'll establish a baseline. You may or may not close your rings but that doesn't matter. You'll establish a baseline for all of those items and then from there you can set targets for growth.

People talk about the magic 10,000 steps number, for example, but if you regular take 15,000 steps then setting yourself a 10,000 step target makes no sense.

So just ignore it and then come back after a couple of weeks and see what your normal is for those figures, then you can set targets that make sense.

From earlier tonight. My move ring finished everything up while I’m here in bed lol.
