I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this too. I pause my runs by hitting the two side buttons, and then stopping them on screen after that. I do this (as do many others) as it's more reliable to stop them with the physical buttons. I also have my watch set so that when I hit both buttons, it takes a screen shot, so I actually have screenshots of the ending times of all my runs. I happened to nonie yesterday that the time recorded by the workout app was almost a minute longer than the time shown on the screenshot. I know that I hit both buttons (as it took the picture) but for some reason, it never paused the run.
I tried it again today & it worked fine (workouts & the screenshot said the same time (within 1 second). But I looked back over the last few weeks & sure enough about 1/3 of my runs are showing that they took longer than what the screenshots show. It kind of sucks since I stop running right after I pause the runs, so that extra 15-90 seconds really decreases my average speed.
I'm not a competitive runner, so this isn't vital, but I'd like to fix the issue if I can. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen the same thing? & if so, if they figured out how to fix it.
