Anyone else using Workouts ++ to listen to podcasts while working out/running with just the watch.

I've been using it for a few weeks and it is very solid. However, I have a few things I can't figure out.

1. How do I set a running metric goal (i.e. a 4 mile outdoor run)? When I start a run from the watch I just click outdoor run and it starts with no goal set.

2. How can I see which podcasts are downloaded to Watch storage (not from the phone app)? The only way I can view podcasts on the Watch from the Watch is when a workout is in progress. It shows 4 episodes under the downloaded category. However, I have already listened to these and in the phone app it shows as not on the Watch and as "Heard." As sort of a piggy back questions, is there a way to delete episodes from the Watch, on the the Watch app and not on the iPhone app?

3. How can I get to older episodes of subscribed podcasts? It seems like after X number of episodes I can't scroll anymore on the Watch or the phone. This even after I "deleted" a bunch of episodes. It still shows the same ones on the phone and I can't get to older episodes, which I would like to pre-transfer to the Watch. Here's the scenario. I have about 8 podcast subscriptions. The newest one I subscribed to is ESPN's 30 for 30. After subscribing I can't see ANY episodes to download or listen to from this podcast. I am assuming that the other feeds are just taking up too many slots.

Thanks and any experiences you also have with this app would be interesting to hear.
