Workplace and already open safari on iPhone

So I was on a website on Safari on my iPhone last night. I forgot to exit out of it. I had wifi enabled on my iphone so when I went to work today it automatically went on my works wifi network and when I opened safari it was still up. I immediately closed the page. I had to get on the network by using a password a long time ago when I joined so it is private but many people are on it. Also I had private browsing on my iphone enabled. My question is even though the site was already visited when I opened it up and I immediately exited the page before anything else, will they be able to tell I was on the page?
 
If it re-loaded the web page while on the company WiFi then yes it would be there if someone looked for it.
