works in safari, works in firefox-but not in IE

I'm looking for the little bit of corrective code that makes it work.....

Works in IE8. That's the only IE I have on this machine to check with.

the pc i use for "quality checking" obviously is no longer doings its job (........probably because i just spend time and money removing the zillion viruses, trojan horses, etc to give me "clean system".....)
