Good morning guys,

I recently bought a MacBook Air, and i don't know how to use it very well.

Do you guys think, that workshops at Apple Stores is worthy?

If they are not, where should i go?

Thanks

Ana

I went to an in-store workshop on Final Cut Express and found it very informative. The teacher was obviously familiar with video editing and various software. He was able to show me in 5 minutes how to replicate my iMovie workflow in FCE.

Yes but do I need to set up a time?

Select the workshop you want to attend then make a reservation on apple.com.

The workshops are as good as the presenters. Many are very capable others not as much so. Did you purchase a One to One membership by any chance? Trainers in the 121 area are well versed.

If you enjoy the printed word Missing Manual series and Dummies have something to offer.

Good luck !

Ana Moura,

If you purchased your Mac from Apple and you are in the 14 day return window you may be able to buy a One to One membership. Cost is $99 for one year of personal training. You select the topic and the day/time. One to One trainers are very competent. Sessions are unlimited.

Just a thought
