Hey does anyone have an opinion on the world adapter set Apple sells for macbook pros? I'm moving overseas and need a "plug" that will fit New Zealand outlets.

I was told the computer will automatically adjust to the wattage, but Im not sure the adapter is all that sturdy? Perhaps the adapter is the same piece Apple would ship with the charger if I had bought the computer from the NZ store?

They're overpriced and you're better off just buying a regular adapter.
 
Yes, the pieces in the kit are the same pieces you'd get if you bought a "localized" version of the power supply. IMO, Apple's kit is a bit pricey, but certainly convenient. It would be far cheaper to use a generic adapter, but not nearly as elegant.
