World of Goo crashes after updating with AppFresh

So I downloaded AppFresh and I thought it was a pretty cool application for keeping all my third party applications up to date (although I don't use it with Apple applications), however after installing an update for World of Goo, it crashes after doing certain things in the game. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Try deleting the World of Goo application and redownloading/reinstalling it. Your game data should be saved somewhere else in the system, so nothing should be lost in that regard.
