World of Goo Lag Problem

I have a new Late 08 2.53 MBP and I just got World of Goo.

I LOVE this game but it has one major problem, a huge lag problem. the weird thing is that it is worse on the 9600 than the 9400.

Is anyone else having similar problems and/or know how to get rid of the lag, I assume my MBP is more than powerful enough to run this game no problem.

It's more powerful than my G5, which runs it perfectly with no lag ever. No idea what the problem might be, unfortunately, unless it's a driver issue.

It runs perfectly on my Macbook with the GMA950. Go to the applications folder and get info on World of Goo, Make sure "Open with Rosetta" isn't checked. I can't think of anything else, but that would definitely cause it to lag.
