I hope this is in the right forum. I plan to start playing World of Wacraft some more and as many know this is a life consuming game haha. I have installed smcFanControl and I was wondering what settings to use when playing World of Warcraft?
Is it safe to run it at the maximum 6200RPM when playing for a long amount of time? I was also thinking of getting a cooling pad (http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/9226119/Belkin-F5L025UK-17-Laptop-Cooling-Platform-With-4-Port-USB-Hub-White/Product.html) unless anyone can suggest a better one for me to purchase?
What fan settings does everyone else use?
