This seems like kind of a long shot, but I'm not getting much help from the WoW Mac Forums. The Blizz downloader doesn't work for me for PTR's so I've been using mirrors for the updates. However, the latest build (0.2.0.10083 → 0.2.0.10116) is not uploaded for macs yet. If anyone has the latest build (0.2.0.10083 → 0.2.0.10116) and wants to upload it for me (it is around 20 megs) I will be forever in your debt!

Did you look at the support article on how to configure your firewall for the Blizzard downloader ? I followed the instructions and it fixed the downloader issues I was having.
