There is an old archive post on this but I could not reply to bring it back. In windows world I hot print screen and it goes into the wow folder. With mac there is no screenshot folder. Now in the archive post it talks about F13. Is this true?

Yes, F13 will take screenshots in the Mac version of WoW.
I have a Screenshots folder in my World of Warcraft folder. I didn't create it, so I assume WoW will create one to put a screenshot in the first time you take a screenshot (if not, make one yourself, Screenshots is capitalized and plural).

There are two ways to take screen shots one of which is F13 as mentioned which also has the captions (Names and Guild) and then there is another way not sure since I cannot find it also to take the screen shot without the Captions. Found it! This from another post (Shift-Apple-3 and Shift-Apple-4). Please read more from this thread;
