Worms Special Edition - App Store - Bit jumpy

Bought this for my 2012 MBA - 8GB RAM.

Quite surprised to see it's a little jumpy sometimes. It's when the weapon initially shoots or when there's an explosion. There's a bit of a jump/lag/freeze.

I always play it with nothing open in the background. I have the video settings set to low too.

It's not a big deal but would expect it to run smoothly. Anyone else experienced this?

P.s. it's a bargain for £3

Been tempted to buy this with my £70 Back to school voucher from Apple, always been a worms fan.

However, may wait for more responses on here it there are performance issues with it!

There are not even performance issues with the Worms games on my iPad1 or iPhone - I would be surprised if they made it so much more resource intensive for the computer (over the iPad).

Although now that you mention it I am going to have to buy it.

It's well worth a buy. It's not a bad issue.

I'm just surprised my new MBA is having issues with the lag.
