iPod touch Worse battery in 5.0,1 on iPod touch?

There is an article on RedmondPie that states that the "iOS 5 Battery Woes Continue in iOS 5.0.1" and that Apple is looking into the matter. Hopefully we should get iOS 5.0.2 pretty soon to fix the battery issues once and for all. Also, it is a software issue, not a hardware one (just in case you were wondering).
I didn't think it was a hardware issue because on 5.0 it was even better then 4.x.x. I should of read the apple discussion thread before updating.
After upgrading to IOS5.01 ... actually getting worse.. and some of my paragraphs were even missing when I am doing my work on the iPad ... man.. Apple need to fix this soon... BIG TROUBLE

Yeah 5.0.1 is worse. Used to get 5 - 6 hours web browsing. That dropped to 3 - 4 hours. Gone back to 4.2.1 until the next update. Back to normal now, ie. Very good

I wish I saved my shsh blobs because that was the best firmware, and greenpoison could easily jailbreak it
