What's going on with the 14P,PM?
Watched few YouTube review and camera comparison. How could I be possible that the 13P takes better photos in some cases? Where are the 2X 3X improvements that Apple claimed?

It isn't possible in identical scenes...

It's likely YouTubers not knowing how to actually use the camera to it's peak performance and just snapping away as it comes from factory.
The advantages are in ProRaw files, 48MP jpeg images using a third party camera app as well as low light and improvements in general from the larger sensor and increase in megapixels. I'm yet to see anything where the 13 Pro is better than the 14 Pro models...

This review seems really fair. Basically the 13 Pro wins in Portrait and Ultrawide shots:

because at times when a new sensor is brought in it takes time to optimise and can take time for software to adjust. Apple's processing doesn't always nail it. the major sensor improvements you will see straight away will be with pro raw.

I don’t see any cases where the 13 Pro camera is better. Daylight photos from both 14 Pro and 13 Pro have a similar look but clearly more detail on 14 Pro (especially with 48MP ProRAW). The 14 Pro actually has more natural bokeh which make photos pop more.

Low light I’m seeing less noise and more detail too.

Maybe YouTube compression on these reviews are not showing the differences well. It is not a generational leap in photography but it’s a noticeable one if you look for it.

In the review I linked, he zooms in and shows the edge detail clearly worse in iPhone 14 Pro portrait. Also ultra wide was worse. These differences were very clear.

On the iPhone 14 Pro, macro was improved as well as many wide angle photos, and especially also action mode video.

Personally, his "reviews" aren't anything I would pay attention to...

Stuff is done simply to get clicks/traffic and it's easy to manipulate a result. There are plenty of actual photographers who've had the camera and not one says the 13 Pro's are better when using any lens, similar yes but not better and as I said in 48MP Pro Raw using the main sensor it's not even close.

Something like this review is a lot more credible... https://www.austinmann.com/trek/iphone-14-pro-camera-review-scotland
