Worth it? MBP - Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz

Afternoon.

What value would you put on the following machine?

MacBook Pro
15" inch
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.40 GHz
4096MB RAM
160 GB
Superdrive

It has previously had it's mobo replaced due to the gfx card issue, around 10 months ago, and is currently in the workshop being swapped due to the same issue again.
