I have an iphone 4 with iOS 5.1. Is there any reason not to upgrade to iOS 5.1.1, such as jailbreakibility or bugs?

I'm currently not jailbroken but will probably get another smartphone in September so I have not issues doing my first jailbreak on this one.

Thank in advance.

Yes definitely. Anyway, if anything goes wrong with a jailbreak and you have to restore via iTunes, unless you have the firmware and opt click it, it will update to 5.1.1.

Yep, but I wait for the untethered JB before going to the next firmware, I always wait, but it will be interesting with iOS6 but I have a 4S with 5.1.1 and JBroken with Absinthe and no issues
