Worth paying £200 for a duo 2.8 instead of duo 2.5 GHz New MB Pro?

I think maybe it might be worth getting a 2.8 and investing in a laptop that will last me a good few years. I don't want my laptop to get blow out of the water in performance terms when the Nehalem one's come out (or will that happen even if I did get the 2.8 GHz?

When are we likely to see benchmarks on the new MB pro's?
