Worth the upgrade to 4.3.1?

I don't think there is a 4.3.1 JB yet. Stick to 4.2.1.

Ooooh you're right, my bad. I actually did see that news but ignored it because I have an iPad 2. Hmm, well then, are there any 4.3 features that you want? Do you care about streaming video over airplay for example? If so, makes sense to go ahead and do it. 4.3 doesn't seem like a huge improvement other than airplay and personal hotspot as far as I can tell....

I updated my 3GS to 4.3.1 Pwnagetool JB last night. Was on factory 4.3.1 before after losing 4.2 JB by accident..lol. But anyway - the Safari improvements are worth the upgrade alone. Much less checkering and drastic speed improvements, especially with javascript sites.
