Worth the Wait For an Xserve????

I need to get a new server and I have decided on either of these two units

PowerMac Dual 2.0 G5
2 GB RAM
2*250 GB Harddrives
OS X Serve Unlimted Client License

This Will ship in 4-6 Days from www.apple.com/ca/

or

Xserve Dual 2.0 G5
2 GB RAM
2*250 GB Harddrives
OS X Server with Unlimited Client License

This will ship in 6-8 Weeks from www.apple.com/ca/

So besides the fact that i can rackmount the xserve they are almost identical machines, is it worth the wait for the Xserve???
