Worth upgrading to 13" Haswell rMBP?

Would it be worth upgrading from a late 2012 13" rMBP to the new Haswell 13" rMBP?

Are there any predictions on what improvements would be likely with Haswell?

My main reasons for upgrading would be the better battery life, and maybe a slimmer design.
