I only get 6 MB LTE but it's still pretty fast because I live in a low populated area.

I would like 30 MB or even 40 MB LTE like I've seen some people have online.

But is that I don't need that much speed and that it'd be as fast as 30 MB in NYC?
 
6mbps isn't 30mbps so no, it's not as fast.

Speed isn't something which is variable like that. 30mbps is the same no matter where you go.
 
Here in CA I got 20 MB per seconds download speed. The speed really depends, on where you are, whether you have direct line-of-sight to a LTE cellular tower, how many people are connected at the same time, etc.

So I guess then your Safari speed would be about three times faster than mine
