Would a skin for 2012 rMBP 13" fit the late 2013 rMBP 13"?

For the 13" rMBP, nope. The 2013 Haswells are sightly thinner.

For the 15" rMBP, yes.

The Haswell 13" rMBP is slightly thinner, but the cases that fit the old 13" rMBP (late 2012 and early 2013) works well in them. I'm re-using my Speck seethru case from my 2012 13" rMBP on my Haswell 13" rMBP and it does not feels loose at all.
