Would anyone here say that google would consider my sites duplicates? I don't think so as the content is rewritten, the similarities are:
layout: I used (like many sites) a container, masterheader, and page content etc positioned relatively and absolute so it centres on page.
image replacement: on my masterhead.
subject area: formwork, concrete structures.

I don't think they would be considered duplicates as the text is different. When I have more time I will change my .co.uk for a different area in formwork. Maybe just stairs, or vice versa with my .com.

I think my .com looks more modern than my .co.uk at the moment. Would any of you say that this would be considered duplicate content?

Hopefully you can see my .com as I've just transferred my domain, and it seems to be working intermittently.
