Was traveling a few months ago and were in severe weather. The radio was alerting of tornadoes in the area, but would only list counties and we had no idea which county we were in. It occurred to me that through CarPlay, there should be the ability to display a weather map on screen and pinpoint one's location in that. This would be ideal for those weather warnings, so that you'd know to take cover.
Would Apple view this as "video" and not allow such an app?
