Would Apple sort my mbp out for these probs?

A) I have a cluster of darkened pixels on my screen
B) I have photographic evidence of my laptop messing up under strain due to the faulty GPUs
C) The paint is coming off the arm rest area of the laptop.

It is 9months old, early 2008 penryn 2.5 laptop and I'm thinking these probs alone are nothing but together are highly annoying. Especially the paint issue. Just wondering if anyone has had similar problems and managed to get them resolved. Thanks guys

The first two they should, I'd hope, clusters of close together dead/bright pixels I think tend to be counted more seriously than isolated ones spread over the screen.

the third, no, as it's cosmetic, and it's also not paint, its corrosion of the anodised aluminium coating from your sweat, effects some people.
