Would Apple Stores have them in tomorrow?

Since they are available today, should they be instock at an Apple Store? My sister has to buy a MacBook soon (this week), and the new iMacs intrigue me... I might buy one.

I agree... but if you think about it, they shouldn't of because they weren't officially released until about 10am Pacific time, and apple stores open before that, so then there would be no need for the conference... unless they opened late today, then they should have them.

Best bet is to call your nearest Apple Store and ask. So far it seems like they have them in stock on the west coast.

Do yourself a favor, give them a call just in the extremely unlikely chance they weren't delivered or sold out, in the store I went to you can just tap 5 to skip all the "blah blah" and talk to somebody
