Would August/September be a good time to get a PB?

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if Apple would release PBs with the new 90nm chips by then.. what would you guys say?

Meanwhile they'd probably have worked out the kinks in Tiger by then... does sound perfect.. no?

Your asking us if 5 months from now will be a good time to get a new PowerBook? A lot can happen from now until then. Buy it when you need it.

Buy it now, and they'll release a new PB in August. Wait, and a new PB won't come out for years.

For the record, I just bought mine in February and I love it!

If you aren't in need of the PowerBook now and want to wait, then go ahead. MacWorld Paris will occur in the August/September time frame. So if there isn't a PowerBook update at WWDC in June, then your timing should be perfect.
