Would be helpful if you could use Siri to turn off a timer after it has sounded

Its annoying to have to touch the screen to turn it off. Especially considering you can set a timer with Siri. Why can't we turn it off after it has sounded?

That's how I handle my amazon dot with alexa. I set timers and alarms and you tell her to stop and it stops.

Yes, I have wanted this feature. Usually I set the timer when I am cooking and I may have wet, food-covered hands and the timer goes off on my watch and I have to live with it until I can wash my hands, etc. I need Siri to stop the timer for me!!
