Would I be able to transfer my mothers ATT discount?

If I sell my 3G and pool it with the money I receive from selling a couple of other things I will have $400 which is how much I would need to buy a 16 gig iPhone 3G S using my moms line. She is eligible for an upgrade in February of next year but all of her prices are $100 less than mine I guess just because she is past 12 months into her contract. Would I be able to use that pricing to upgrade MY line with the iPhone 3G S?

That's what I did. Bought it using her upgrade, switched sims later that day, boom. Just make sure you're an authorized user.

Well she doesn't technically have an upgrade though, which is why I ask as it's only discounted pricing. There is no physical upgrade yet, just a discount among the iPhone pricing.
