Would like to ask for some advice on the old 13"MB

I have a PC Desktop as a main computer. I have a 4th gen MacBook (Leopard first release) w/ 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 duo T7500, 4GB RAM and Intel 320 series 120GB SSD. I used this MacBook for outdoor use. I would like to know if I install window 7 home premium and run it parallel with Lion, will the macbook run smooth? Please advice. Thank You.
